Da ich ab Juni im Ausland sein werden, vermiete ich mein WG Zimmer in einer der tollsten WGs Tübingens! Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein (12m2), mit viel grün und einem Westfenster mit Blick auf die Unibib. In nur 2 Minuten bist du direkt in der Unibib und in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer wird möbliert und mit grünen Mitbewohnern vermietet, weswegen ich jemanden suche, der sorgfältig mit dem Inventar umgeht und der darüber hinaus ein Händchen für Pflanzen hat bzw. ihnen zumindest regelmäßig einen Schluck Wasser geben kann ;) Die Küche bildet den Zentralen Raum der WG- von hier aus gelangst du in dein Zimmer.
I am renting out my room in one of the best shared flats in Tübingen! The room is small but nice (12m2), with lots of greenery and a west-facing window with a view of the Unibib. In only 2 minutes you are directly in the Unibib and in less than 10 minutes on foot in the city centre. The room is rented furnished and with green flatmates, which is why I am looking for someone who is careful with the inventory and who also has a knack for plants or can at least give them a sip of water regularly ;) The kitchen is the central room of the flat share - from here you can access your room.
Zentraler kann eine WG in Tübingen kaum sein! Unsere WG befindet sich in der Brunnenstraße, welche sich direkt hinter der Wilhelmstraße befindet. Sofern Du im Tal studierst, sind es nur wenige Schritte in die Uni (ca. 2 min zu Fuß zur Neuen Aula) sowie in die Altstadt (ca. 5 min zu Fuß), wo es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Läden und Bars gibt.
Die Unibib liegt direkt gegenüber. Alles was man braucht, hat man somit in unmittelbarer Entfernung. :-) Trotz der Tatsache, dass wir in der Innenstadt wohnen, ist es hier sehr ruhig. Unser Garten macht die WG zu einem wahren Kleinod. :-)
A shared flat in Tübingen could hardly be more central! Our shared flat is located in Brunnenstraße, which is directly behind Wilhelmstraße. If you are studying in the valley, it is only a few steps to the university (approx. 2 min walk to the Neue Aula) and to the old town (approx. 5 min walk), where there are numerous shopping facilities, shops and bars.
The university library is directly opposite. Everything you need is therefore within easy reach. :-) Despite the fact that we live in the city centre, it is very quiet here. Our garden makes the flat share a real gem. :-)
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern kommen alle gut miteinander klar und sitzen regelmäßig am Abend/Nachmittag gemeinsam in der Küche oder im Garten. Folglich finden bei uns häufig Kochabende, Grillabende, Spieleabende oder Filmabende statt. Auch zum Sporteln (aber auch zum Chillen und Philosophieren) findet sich bei uns immer jemand. :-) Daher würden wir uns freuen, wenn Du auch aufgeschlossen bist, kurzzeitig am WG-Leben teilzunehmen.
Während deiner Zeit in der WG wird sich die Zusammensetzung der WG-Bewohner vermutlich noch ändern. Es wird ein/e neue/r Mitbewohner/in einziehen und eventuell noch ein weiterer Zwischenmieter hinzukommen (steht aber noch nicht ganz fest). Du bist also nicht der einzige Neuling ;)
We all get on well together and regularly sit together in the kitchen or in the garden in the evening/afternoon. As a result, we often have cooking evenings, barbecue evenings, games evenings or film evenings. We also always find someone to do sports with (but also to chill out and philosophise with). :-) We would therefore be delighted if you are also open to taking part in shared flat life for a short time.
During your time in the shared flat, the composition of the flatmates will most likely change. A new permanent flatmate will move in and there may also be another temporary tenant (but this is not yet assured). This means, you are not the only new face in our WG. ;)
Es gehört zu deinen Aufgaben, einmal wöchentlich einen der WG-Dienste (Küche sauber machen, Boden reinigen etc.) zu übernehmen. Die Aufgaben Wechseln sich wöchentlich ab, so dass es fair verteilt und die WG immer recht sauber ist.
Was das genaue Einzugsdatum angeht, können wir uns nochmal besprechen - eventuell ist schon ein Einzug ab dem 01.06. möglich. Die angegebene Miete von 450€ bezieht sich dann auf die volle Monatsmiete für jeweils Juli und August. Für die Zeit im Juni und September rechnen wir anteilig die Miete der Tage aus, die du noch im Zimmer wohnst.
One of your tasks is to take over one of the shared flat chores (cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the floor etc.) once a week. The tasks alternate weekly so that it is fairly distributed and the shared flat is always quite clean.
We can discuss the exact move-in date again - it may be possible to move in from June 1st. The stated rent of €450 refers to the full monthly rent for July and August. For June and September, we will calculate the rent for the days you are still living in the room on a pro rata basis. :)
