Hi all,
me, Stella and my roommate Mona are looking for a new roommate.
I am currently writing my Master thesis and Mona just handed in her dissertation, which is also why she will be on a longer holiday soon. We live in a renovated house near Collegium (awesome location!) in our roomy nice flat and are looking for someone to move into Petras room, who is moving out end of march.
We like to cook, hang out in the kitchen or go out for drinks in the evenings.
Both of us like to go rowing or doing other fun activities outdoors. We appreciate a clean flat and both work during the day which is why I wouldn't consider us a 'party-WG' ;)
Your room has 15m^2, two big windows and is fully furnished. You will have to buy the furniture in the room, however you can of course pass it on to the next person when you move out again. We share a large kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine and tub and even have a little bay window to chill out in. Also, there is a small room where we store our bikes.
Our flat is located above the Tee and Coffee Shop Mokka right in the city center. This means you are perfectly close to bars, restaurants, the Nonnenhaus with an Edeka and DM and of course the University.
You can reach the bus stops Nonnenhaus, Wilhelmstrasse and Stadtgraben all within 2-3 minutes.
