Hello there!
I'm Zeyna and since I’m planning to travel starting mid of April, I have my room to rent for sure until the 15th January 2024. It might be that I’ll be travelling longer or even move out of Tübingen once I’m back (depends on the job), so there is some chance you could even move in permanently (no promises though)! The room comes furnished, but in case you want to bring your own furniture, I could also take out mine! We can talk about that once you’re here 😊 Even though the apartment is located right between the Schwarzes Schaf and Wohnzimmer, the room is headed towards the Sparkasse, so you wouldn’t hear much of the noise outside. The flat is small but we have the luxury of a living room, where we often eat together or watch movies. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need and the bathroom is also very functional :D. All in all the flat is old, but very charming. We have wooden floors and it's the perfect flat for people who enjoy being in the center where life happens.
All costs included the monthly rent is 416,30€
You can hardly find a more central place in Tübingen. Everything is reachable in five minutes. Altstadt is right across the street and on Mühlstraße you always find something to eat. The university library and Neue Aula is only one street away and if you're as fit as Davide you can reach the clinic in 15 minutes by bike. Even though we live very central, nature is not far away. You can reach the park, Österberg or Neckar again in no more than five minutes. We have cafés and bars on the street, or you can join us for a beer in the evening.

Here's Davide and since both my flatmates Hanna and Zeyna are leaving the flat, we are going to live together.
So far the life in the flat could be define as "actively-easy going". We liked to do things together inside and outside the flat, like whatch movies, go our for a drink, to some parties, or simply spontaneously stop for a chat sat on the couch whenever possible but without "forcing" anyone. I'd like to keep it that way.
To describe myself in a few lines it’s not very easy, so I’m definitely gonna do it badly.
I’m an Italian PhD student in Neuroscience, my lab is up the hill close to Uni-Kliniken Berg and I spend there most of my daily time during the week, so I’m usually around in the evening and weekend.
I’m not a crazy person and not a boring one. I like a lot movies and everything cinema related, I like reading and beer (when together even better), I kind of like cooking (even though I'm usually too shy to share what I've cooked, because I'm always worried that it's not good enough, and then people have to eat it anyway because otherwise it would be impolite), I like to have conversation (a lot), about almost everything, I love plants (my room is kind of a greenhouse), I love to party but also to mind my own business from time to time.
Technically spreche ich auch ein bisschen Deutsch, ich solte merh sprechen, aber bin ich faul.
Anyway, this is just a blurred picture of myself, but we are gonna have plenty of time to get to know each other better.
Since my German knowledge is still limited, some level of English would make living together waaay easier. We all make mistakes, so don’t be shy if your English is not perfect 😊.
It would also be nice if you already have experience with the wg-life, and you could take care of the Nebenkosten-related contracts, we can as well do it together, but I’ll definitely need some help with that since everything is in German.
