Ich suche für den 15. September 2017 eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein helles und schönes Zimmer mit ca.20 qm in ruhiger, naturverbundener Lage in Kilchberg.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Schlafcouch mit Tisch, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regal und Bücherregal. Die Möbel können für 250€ übernommen werden.
Es befinden sich zwei Haltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe (je ca. 2min Fußweg). Die Linie 19 fährt von dort alle 15-30 min und benötigt ca. 12 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man in die Stadt ca. 20 min. Das Fahrrad kannst du im Keller abstellen.
Die Supermärkte Real in Weilheim und Netto in Bühl sind mit Bus und Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Außerdem befindet sich ein Biomarkt in Kilchberg.
Dein Mitbewohner ist Anfang 30, studiert und arbeitet an der Uni Tübingen und ist sehr unkompliziert.
Ein Waschmaschine ist im Keller vorhanden.
In der Miete ist ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz inklusive.
