Ein schönes und helles Zimmer in unserer WG wird ab dem 15. Mai frei! Die Wohnung liegt im ersten OG eines Einfamilienhauses – direkt an der Ammer und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur schönen Österbergwiese, wo man perfekt entspannen und einen tollen Blick auf Tübingen genießen kann. Von hier aus kommt man also in wenigen Minuten in die Natur, ist aber auch blitzschnell in der Altstadt.
Die WG bietet eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Duschbadewanne und Tageslicht sowie eine separate Toilette. Wir haben außerdem eine Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer im Keller und eine Spülmaschine in der Küche. Im EG wohnt eine andere WG, mit der wir einen tollen Garten teilen, in dem man lesen, entspannen oder grillen kann. In Lindas Zimmer befindet sich zudem ein großer, wunderschöner Balkon mit Blick auf den Österberg, den du gerne auch mitbenutzen kannst. Fahrräder können hinter dem Haus im Hof abgestellt werden. Unsere Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wenn irgendetwas anfällt, kümmern sie sich immer sofort.
Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist groß (ca. 16 m²) und mit zwei Fenstern sehr schön hell und bietet ein tollen Blick auf den Österberg. Gerne können Möbel in gutem Zustand für einen kleinen Preis übernommen werden: ein 1,40 m breites Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Kommode, ein kleines Bücherregal, Vorhänge.

A nice and bright room in our shared flat will be available from May 15th! The apartment is located on the first floor - directly on the Ammer and in close proximity to the beautiful Österbergwiese, where you can perfectly relax and enjoy a great view of Tübingen. So from here, you can get into nature in a few minutes, but you can also be in the old town in a flash.
The shared apartment offers a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with a shower bath, and a separate toilet. We also have a washing machine in the basement and a dishwasher in the kitchen. On the ground floor is another WG, with which we share a great garden where you can read, relax, or barbecue. In Linda's room, there is also a large, beautiful balcony with a view of the Österberg, which you are welcome to share. Bicycles can be parked behind the house in the yard. Our landlords are very nice and accommodating, if anything arises, they always take care of it immediately.
The vacant room is large (about 16 m²) and with two windows very nice and bright and offers a great view of the Österberg. Furniture in good condition can be taken over for a small price: a 1.40 m wide bed, desk with chair, chest of drawers, a small bookshelf, and curtains.
Die Lage der WG ist ideal, um schnell zur Neuen Aula, zur UB und den Kliniken Tal zu kommen. Zu Fuß sind es 5 Minuten. Zudem befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Die Lage im Tal ist zudem sehr praktisch, um schnell mit dem Rad überall hinzukommen. Auch das Uni-Sportinstitut mit dem Hochschulsport ist direkt nebenan. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 7 Minuten und ein Bäcker und Metzger in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wir sind eine 3er WG, alle Ende Zwanzig und verstehen uns sehr gut. Wir haben alle unseren täglichen Rhythmus, sitzenaber trotzdem gerne abends zusammen in der Küche und quatschen. Wir sind generell eher ordentlich und sehr rücksichtsvoll, so hat bislang in unserem Zusammenleben alles gut funktioniert für uns.
Kurz zu uns: Wir sind Linda und Hardik, 29 und 24 Jahre alt und promovieren in der Klassischen Archäologie und Computational Neuroscience. Linda arbeitet an ihrer Dissertation, doch wenn sie mal nicht daran sitzt, verbringt sie ihre Zeit v.a. mit Freunden, draußen, beim Sport oder mit Kochen/Backen. Hardik geht regelmäßig ins Gym, wandert und reist gerne. Wir sind eine internationale WG, da Hardik aus Indien kommt und wir Englisch sprechen. Wir werden allerdings vermutlich beide Ende September ausziehen, da wir aus Jobgründen Tübignen verlassen. Wir suchen nach jemandem, der/die sich keine reine Zwecks-WG wünscht, sondern Freude an einem respektvollen und gemütlichen Miteinander hat. Wie alt ihr seid spielt für uns zunächst mal keine so große Rolle – uns ist vor allem wichtig jemanden zu finden, der/die zu uns passt. Wenn ihr euch also angesprochen fühlt, meldet euch gerne bei uns! Am besten schreibt ihr uns auch kurz was über euch und wir freuen uns dann, euch bald persönlich kennenzulernen! :-) Die Besichtigungstermine können wir ab Mitte/Ende der kommenden Woche nachmittags/abends. Noch ein wichtiger Punkt: Unsere Vermieter verlangen, dass ihr als Studenten oder Doktoranden an der Uni eingeschrieben seid.

We are a group of 3, all in our late twenties, and get along very well. We all have our daily rhythm, but still like to sit together in the evening in the kitchen and chat. We are generally rather tidy and very considerate, so so far in our cohabitation everything has worked well for us.
Briefly about us: We are Linda and Hardik, 29 and 24 years old, and we are doing our Ph.D. in Classical Archaeology and Computational Neuroscience. Linda is working on her dissertation, but when she is not working on it, she spends her time with friends, outside, doing sports, or cooking/baking. Hardik goes to the gym regularly and likes hiking and traveling Both will probably move out at the end of September for job relocation, though. We are an international shared apartment since Hardik is from India and we speak English. We are looking for someone who doesn't want a purely purposeful flat share, but who enjoys a respectful and cozy coexistence.
