Unsere kleinen gemütliche WG mit Jeanne (Austauschstudentin aus Frankreich; schreibt gerade an ihrer Masterarbeit) und Rosi (studiert soziale Arbeit) und vielleicht mit dir, liegt am grünen Rand von Lustnau. Jedoch mit besten Busanbindungen (7, 1 und 22) um innerhalb von ein paar Minuten direkt in Innenstadt zu sein (für faule hält der 22er direkt vor der Haustür ; )). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß entfernt. Wenn du ein Auto besitzt, kannst du den zur Wohnung gehörigen Stellplatz gerne mitbenutzen.
Das solltest du mitbringen:
Du solltest ein offener, lustiger Mensch sein, da wir viel und gerne zusammen Lachen. Und fit in englisch/ französisch oder italienisch sein. Eine Sprache von den Dreien reicht völlig.
Das bieten wir dir:
Ein toll eingerichtetes 20qm Zimmer für dich alleine, welches frisch gestrichen ist und einen hervorragenden Blick ins Grüne zulässt. Außerdem gibt es noch nette Mitbewohner, mit denen man eine tolle Zeit verbringen kann : ). In der WG ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt, so dass du keine großen Anschaffungen zum Einzug tätigen musst.
Das Zimmer ist erstmal nur bis zum 15.10.23 frei, es besteht allerdings die Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.

We are looking for an new roommate!
Our small cosy shared flat with Jeanne (exchange student from France; is currently writing her master's thesis) and Rosi (studies social work) and maybe with you, is on the green edge of Lustnau. However, with the best bus connections (7,1 and 22) to be directly in the city centre within a few minutes (for lazy people, the line 22 stops right in front of the house ; )). Shopping facilities are also only a few meters away . If you have a car, you are welcome to use the parking lot belonging to the apartment.

You should be an open, funny person, because we like to laugh a lot together. And be fit in English/French or Italian. One language of the three is enough.
This is what we offer you:
A great furnished 20sqm room for you alone, which is freshly painted and allows an excellent view into the greenery. On top of that, there are great roommates with whom you can have a great time : ). Everything your heart desires is available in the shared flat, so you don't have to do any big purchases to move in.
The room is initially only free until 15.10.23, but there is the possibility of extension.
