Aktuell wohnen Jonah und Johanna im WG-Zimmer, wegen einem Auslandssemester ziehen sie für ein Semester aus und ziehen danach wieder ein - das Zimmer ist nur für ein Semester zu haben.
Das Haus gehört dem Bruder und der Frau einer Mitbewohnerin dieser WG (Johanna). Der besagte Bruder und seine Frau wohnen in der Soutterain-Wohnung unter der WG. Die WG erstreckt sich über das Erdgeschoss und Dachgeschoss. Es gibt einen Balkon, einen kleinen Garten mit Anbaumöglichkeiten und Kirschbaum, Fahrräder kann man in die Garage oder vor das Haus stellen, es gibt Parkplätze an der Straße vor dem Haus. Das freie Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss, ist schön hell und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Der Großteil der Möbel soll übernommern werden. Manchmal kommen Katzen aus der Umgebung vorbei, die wir sehr gern reinlassen. Im Mietpreis ist alles außer Abfall inbegriffen.

Currently, in the room are living Jonah and Johanna - due to an exchange semester, they are moving out for one semester.
The house belongs to the brother and wife of a flatmate (Johanna). Said brother and his wife live in the basement apartment under the WG. The WG extends over the ground floor and attic. There is a balcony, a small garden with cultivation possibilities and a cherry tree, bicycles can be put in the garage or in front of the house, there is parking on the street in front of the house. The free room is on the ground floor, is nice and bright and has a great view. Most of the furniture will be taken over. Sometimes local cats drop by, which we are very happy to let in. Everything except rubbish is included in the rental price.

In einer Minute ist man an der Bushaltestelle "Gottfried-Pressel-Weg", an welcher der 1er fährt. Dieser fährt bis spät nachts halbstündig und unter der Woche tagsüber sogar alle 15 Minuten. Mit dem Bus braucht man dann 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Da die WG auf dem Herrlesberg liegt, ist Fahrradfahren bergab (10 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt) einfacher als bergauf (20 Minuten aus der Innenstadt). Mit dem Fahrrad den Berg hoch fahren ist aber machbar und ein gutes Alltags-Workout! Außerdem kommt so der schöne Ausblick des Hauses zustande. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man beim Lustnauer Zentrum mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, es gibt aber noch einen 5 Minuten entfernten Mini-Markt, bei dem man zum Beispiel Sonntags-Brötchen kaufen kann. Es gibt in der Nähe Restaurants, Cafés und eine Bar. Der nächste Altglas-Container ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß weg. Die Gegend eignet sich super zum Joggen und Spazieren - Wälder, Wiesen, Bauernhof oder Neckar.

Wir verbringen sehr gern Zeit miteinander. Typisch WG: kochen, spielen, quatschen. Ab und an werden auch Partys gefeiert oder wir gehen zusammen aus.
