hey,
weil ich im nächsten semester ins ausland gehe, suche ich einen zwischenmieter für mein zimmer in lustnau. hell und freundlich, möbliert (bett, schreibtisch, schrank, sofa, regal). küche und bad (badewanne!) mit sehr guter ausstattung (spül- und waschmaschine, trockner) sind auch am start. die lage ist sehr gut, mitm fahrrad 10 min in die stadt, bushaltestelle direkt vor der tür und rewe um die ecke.
mitbewohner sind (auf einer anderen etage) der vermieter und sein vater, mit denen es sich sehr gut und entspannt zusammenleben lässt.
ach ja, der einzugstermin lässt sich bei bedarf auch noch nach hinten verschieben!
bei interesse schreibt mir einfach ne mail, dann machen wir nen termin aus.
