Neue 3er WG mit schönen hellen Zimmern in einem 2007 gebauten Haus in der Wilhelmstraße. Die Wohnung liegt in Uninähe – gegenüber dem Sportinstitut. Die Uni ist leicht zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
