Hallo Leute!
Es werden zwei Zimmer zum 1.10. frei. Beide Zimmer sind etwa 16 qm groß, das eine mit Laminat, das andere mit Teppich. In der Miete von 310 Euro sind alle Kosten (nebenkosten, Strom, Müll, Internet, etc.) enthalten. Einzig GEZ Gebühren kommen hinzu (2 Euro pro Monat, also verkraftbar ;) ) und für die WG eigene Waschmaschine bekommen wir von der Vermieterin Waschmarken für 1,50 pro Stück.
Die Zimmer werden unmöbliert übergeben bzw. ein Bett (1,40x2m) und ein Fernseher könnten gegen Abschlagzahlung dagelassen werden. Es gibt eine große Küche mit Sitzecke. WC und Bad sind separat, sodass es auch bei 5 Leuten in der WG kaum zu Wartezeiten kommt ;)
Die Lage ist optimal, drei Buslinien fahren keine 2 Minuten entfernt ab, sodass man auch zur Morgenstelle gut hochkommt und das Lustnauer Einkaufszentrum ist direkt gegenüber, man hat also supermarkt, fleischer, schreibwarenladen,bäcker, etc. direkt vor der Haustür. Und durch die Lage am Rande Lustnaus muss man auch nicht auf den Berg hoch. Man kommt also auch nachts zu Fuß gut aus der Stadt nach Hause, der Fuweg zur Mensa oder zum Nonnenhaus beträgt etwa 15-20 Minuten.
Die WG ist eine 5er WG, ihr habt dann also 4 nette Mitbewohner. Alle 3 zurückbleibenden Bewohner sind nett und man kommt gut mit ihnen aus :D
Eine Zweck-WG ist es bisher nicht gewesen und es wäre schön, wenn Du offen bist und das weiterhin keine Zweck-WG ist.
BESICHTIGUNG:
Am kommenden Montag (16.9.) und Mittwoch (18.9.) haben wir ab 18:30 Zeit, also meldet euch, wenn ihr Zeit und Lust habt ;)
