Wir sind eine nette 5er-WG aus Berufstätigen und Studenten und suchen ab dem 1. März einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist sehr schön und hell, mit Holzbalken unterm Dach und zwei großen Dachgaubenfenstern. Die Grundfläche beträgt ca 15m2 und die Dachschräge beginnt erst bei ca. 1,45m, so dass man noch gut etwas drunter stellen kann. Im Zimmer ist außerdem ein eigenes Waschbecken.
Die WG hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Fernseher, einen Keller mit Wäschekeller und Lagerraum und einen Fahrradschuppen. Im Haus ist außer uns nur noch ein Computerladen, so dass es keine störenden Nachbarn gibt.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral in Lustnau. Supermarkt, Banken, Apotheke, Bäcker und Metzger sind in 3 Gehminuten Entfernung. Mit den Bussen 1, 7 und 22 ist man schnell in der Stadt und am Bahnhof. Da die WG am Fuße des Berges liegt, kann man auch super mit dem Fahrrad fahren.
