Zimmer hat 14qm, 3J. alter Teppichboden, Bett und Tisch sind bei Bedarf vorhanden.
Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Balkon wird mit Nachbarwohnung geteilt. Zusätzlich gibt es ein kleines Zimmer, das gemeinsam genutzt werden kann (Abstellraum, Wäsche trocknen, Gäste unterbringen etc.).
Preis ist VB je nach dem, was geht und mitbenutzt werden will.
Angebot ist Zwischenmiete mit unklarem Ende (nach dem Juli), da das Haus verkauft werden soll.
Ruhige Lage, aber ideal angebunden. Einkaufszentrum um die Ecke, Nähe Sportinstitut und Uni, 3 Buslinien halten direkt vor der Haustür, mit ÖPNV sind es 10min zum Bahnhof. Mit Fahrrad geht es überall hin, in 5min ist eins im Wald.
Ich arbeite tagsüber an der Uni und bin abends oft beim Sport. Du hast also viel Zeit für dich selbst. Es sei denn du kommst mit Fußballspielen. ;)
Ich hab gern ein ruhiges WG-Leben, d.h. ich bin für gemeinsames Kochen, Spielen, Sport, Filme kucken etc. zu haben, nicht so sehr für Party.
Ich bin keine Sauberkeitsfanatikerin, finde es aber wichtig, dass faire Absprachen getroffen werden und sich alle dran halten.
Was ich erwarte ist: eine queer-freundliche Einstellung. D.h. du kannst Spaß haben ohne sexistische, homo-/bi-/transfeindliche oder anders anstrengende Sprüche zu klopfen. F*LT bevorzugt.
