Die Wohnung liegt im obersten (zweiten) Stock eines Einfamilienhauses. Im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock wohnen unsere sehr sehr netten Vermieter mit ihren Kindern.
Das Internet darf netterweise mitgenutzt werden und ist daher im Preis inklusive.
Außerdem darf der Garten mitgenutzt werden. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es im Keller und kann gegen einen kleinen Preis mitgenutzt werden. Die Vermieter tragen außerdem alle Nebenkosten, wodurch die Wohnung mit 270€ warm extrem günstig für diese Lage ist!
Die Wohnung ist schön und für zwei Personen auch vom Platz her sehr angenehm.
Lediglich das Bad ist relativ klein.
Die Lage ist in Lustnau optimal für Menschen, die zentral leben wollen, aber gleichzeitig auch ihre Ruhe, bspw. zum Lernen und Arbeiten, brauchen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe fahren zahlreiche Busse (1,7,22,Flughafensprinter). Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 7min an der Universität.
