unsere WG bestehend aus einer Soziologie-Studentin (28) und einem Medieninformatik-Student (30) sucht eine freundliche, aufgeschlossene Mitbewohnerin ab dem 1. Oktober bei uns wohnt.
Das Zimmer ist 13 qm² groß, hat ein fest eingebautes Regal auf einer Seite und einen Blick ins Grüne.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine sowie eine Unterstellung für Fahrräder.
Das Haus wurde renoviert, Küche, Bad und Toilette sind neu.
Der Mietpreis ist inklusive Nebenkosten, Internet und Fernsehen. Es gibt Möbel, die günstig übernommen werden können.

Our flat share consisting out of a female sociology student (28) and a male computer science of media student (30) is searching a friendly, female flatmate from 1. october.
Your room has a size of 13 sqm, has a build in bookshelf and a view into the green. We have a washing machine and a bicycle-shed.
Our house is renovated, the kitchen, toilet and bathroom are new.
The rent includes all extra charges, internet and tv. There are some pieces of furniture that can be bought.
Das Haus befindet nahe der Haltestelle Dorfstraße. Von hier fahren die Buslinien 1, 21 und 22 in Richtung Bahnhof. Die 1 fährt jede Viertelstunde, abends fährt sie auch als Nachtbus.
Mit dem Bus sind es 15 min bis zur Uni in der Wilhelmstraße.
Zu Fuß 5 min ist man beim Uni-Sport sowie beim Lustnauer Zentrum, bei dem es einen Rewe, Metzger, Bäcker, Sparkasse und Volksbank gibt.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.
Wir wünschen uns eine Mitbewohnerin, die genauso aufgeschlossen und freundlich ist wie wir.
Bei uns ist es ruhig und gemütlich, sauber und entspannt.
Wir haben keine gemeinsamen Unternehmungen, wir treffen uns aber gern in der Küche für einen netten Plausch.
