Das Zimmer ist etwa 20 qm groß; hat viele große Fenster und direkten Zugang zum Garten. Großes Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Sofa, Fernseher sind da. Es gibt Wlan mit sehr gutem Empfang im ganzen Zimmer. Da die Zwischen miete nur für eine kurze Zeit ist, würde ich nicht alle meine Sachen ausräumen. Ich werde aber mindestens 2-3 Regalfächer, Kleiderschrank und Kommodenschublade räumen, bei Bedarf auch mehr.
Die Wohnung ist in Lustnau. Sie ist sehr gut mit ÖPNV (2 min zur Linie 1, 7, 22) zu erreichen, auch mit dem Fahrrad ist alles in Reichweite (ca. 10 min in die Innenstadt). Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, Metzger sind gleich gegenüber. Die Wohnung ist etwas abseits der Hauptstraße und ist demnach auch ruhig.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern (w und m). Beide nett und aufgeschlossen, wer will hat wen zum reden, sonst gibt es natürlich auch Privatsphäre.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer, weil ich ein Ferienjob im AUsland habe. Deswegen ist das Zimmer auch möbliert. Auszugsdatum ist verhandelbar.
Ich würde das so bald wie möglich fest machen. Also sobald ich eine geeignete Person gefunden habe, wird das Zimmer vergeben. Für eine Besichtigung bitte einfach melden.
