Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß. Es hat zwei Fenster mit Vorhängen und Fensterläden. Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht Richtung Österberg. Es ist komplett ausgestattet mit großem Bett, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Kleiderschrank und Kommode.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und erstreckt sich über 1.Stock und Dachgeschoss. Wir haben einen großen Balkon, der direkt an die Küche anschließt. Die Küche ist ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet.
Außerdem gibt es einen großen Garten mit Apfel- und Birnenbäumen.
The room has around 16 sqm. It has two windows with curtains and window shutters. It´s completely furnished, with a huge bed, desk, bookshelf, wardrobe and dresser.
The flat is in a house divided into flats. It includes the first floor and the attic. We have a big balcony, which you can enter from the kitchen. The kitchen also has everything you need.
Besides that, there is a huge garden with apple and pear trees which belongs to the house.
Das Haus liegt ca. 20 min zu Fuß von der Altstadt. Die Uni liegt ca. 10-15 min entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreicht man in max. 5 min. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 min mit dem Bus.
Außerdem liegt das Haus am Eingang des Naturparks Schönbuch, der zum Spazieren oder Joggen einlädt.
The house is around 20 min by foot from the city center. The university is around 10-15 min away. You can reach the next bus station in around 5 min. It takes ca. 10 min to the train station by bus.
Near the house there is the "entrance" of the nature park "Schönbuch", where you can go walking or jogging.
In der WG wohnen noch 5 weitere Personen, die noch zur Uni gehen, promovieren bzw. im Referendariat sind. Wir sind alle tagsüber unterwegs, sitzen aber abends oft zusammen, um zu kochen oder frühstücken am Wochenende gemeinsam. Wenn es die Zeit zulässt, unternehmen wir auch mal was zusammen, z.B. spazieren gehen oder klettern.
There are 5 other people in the flat. Some are students, some are doing their PhD and some are doing the teacher training. During the day we are normally not at home, but in the evenings we often cook together, and on the weekends we are having breakfast together. If we have time, we are doing things together as well, like going for a walk or climbing.
Die Miete beinhaltet bereits alles.
