leider muss ich das Zimmer nach zwei Jahren beruflich verlassen, dass ich aufgrund der ruhigen Wohnumgebung und dem schönen Balkon mit viel Sonne am Nachmittag/Abend sehr geschätzt habe. Zudem verfügt das Zimmer über sehr schnelles Internet (120 MBit/s). Das Zimmer möchte ich zunächst Zwischenvermieten, da ich die Möbel erst im August mitnehmen werde.
Du lebst hier zusammen mit Nika, einer Studentin im Master Wirtschaftswissenschaften und das WG-Leben ist durch eine entspannte und freundschaftliche Atmosphäre geprägt :)

Unfortunately I have to leave the room after two years. I enjoyed very much the quiet living environment and the beautiful balcony with a lot of sun in the afternoon / evening. You live here together with Nika, a master student in Business and Economics, and the living together is characterized by a relaxed and friendly atmosphere :)
Modernes Haus mit guter Dämmung. Es muss nicht viel geheizt werden und im Sommer ist es nicht heiß.
Keller, Waschküche, Tiefgarage (nicht inbegriffen)+ Fahrradstellplatz.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, da direkt gegenüber ein Rewe ist.
Verschiedene Buslinien halten fast direkt vor der Haustür.
Das Sportinstitut ist zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
Mit dem Fahrrad zur Neuen Aula in ca. 10 Minuten.
Bäcker, Metzger, Schreibwarenladen, Sparkasse, Volksbank und Friseur in wenigen Minute erreichbar.
Modern house with good insulation. It does not need much heating and in summer it is not hot.

The location is very good, as directly opposite a Rewe is.
Various bus lines stop almost right on the doorstep.
The sports institute is about 5 minutes walk away.
By bike to the New Aula in about 10 minutes.
