Schön, dass du dich für mein Zimmer interessierst!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß und hat zwei Fenster, die nach Westen zeigen. Dadurch ist das Zimmer sehr hell, trotzdem im Sommer nicht zu warm. Das Zimmer ist mehr oder weniger ein Quadrat, sodass den Fantasien beim Einrichten keine Grenzen gesetzt sind. Noch ist es nicht ganz sicher, aber wahrscheinlich lasse ich meinen Kleiderschrank für kleines Geld da.
Dir Küche und das Badezimmer sind klein und gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben einen Keller, um große Dinge zu lagern und einen Fahrradkeller.

Cool, that you are interessted in my room!
The room is about 16qm large with two windows. The direction of the windows is to the west, what makes the room bright but it stays relativly cool in summer. As the room is more or less a square, it has all the possibilities to arrange the furniture. Not sure yet, but maybe I will leave the new wardrobe there for a small amount of money. Also the black shelf will stay.
The kitchen and bathroom are cozy and there is everything there you might need. We have a cellar to store larger things and another one for the bikes.
Lustnau ist relativ nahe an der Innenstadt, spricht 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 15 Minuten mit dem Bus. Die Bushaltestelle ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt (Linie 7 und 22). Im Zentrum von Lustnau, das 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, gibt es einen REWE, eine Bäckerei, Metzgerei, ein Postamt und eine Apotheke.

Lustnau is quite close to the city center, with the bike it is about 10 minutes, with the bus it is about 15 Minutes. The bus stop is in 2 Minutes walking distance (Linie 7 and 22). In 10 Minutes walking distance there is a REWE, bakery, pharmacy, post office. If you like to stay outside, the fields, forest or Neckar are about 10 Minutes walking distance away.
Deine Mitbewohner bisher sind:
*Lara, 25, sie studiert Biologie im Master und ist halb deutsch halb Amerikanerin
*Paolo, 31, kommt aus Italien und arbeitet als Elektronik-Ingenieur
Das vierte Zimmer wird ebenfalls am 1.September frei.
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt. Abends und am Wochenende treffen wir uns gerne in der Küche, um miteinander zu quatschen oder gemeinsam zu kochen. Ansonsten sind wir eher sportlich und gehen gerne (Renn-)Radfahren, Schwimmen oder Wandern.

*Lara, 25, she does her master in biology and is half American half German
*Paolo, 31, he is from Italy and works as an electronics engineer
The forth flatmate will also move out on the 1st of September, so there will be someone new in this room.
The life in our WG is very easy-going. Everybody can have his own space and privacy and if needed we can always help each other. We like to come together in the evening and on the weekend in the kitchen to chat and cook together. Apart from that we are sporty and like to go biking, swimming or hiking.
