Lust auf ein helles Zimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon, Blick ins Grüne in toller Lage und eine ansonsten top ausgestattete Wohnung? Dann schaut euch hier mal um :)
Zu vermieten ist ein schönes Zimmer mit großem Fenster und Zugang zum großen Balkon (mein Zimmer hat ebenfalls einen Zugang, sodass niemand einfach durch dein Zimmer rennt auf dem Weg zum Balkon ;) ). Das Zimmer ist fast quadratisch und bietet easy Platz für ein gemütliches Bett, einen Schreibtisch und Schrank - oder was auch immer du gerne reinpacken möchtest! Es hat Rollläden und einen eigenen Kabelanschluss. Durch die Süd-West-Ausrichtung genießt du auf dem Balkon und auch in deinem Zimmer schönste Abendsonne und Sonnenuntergänge!
Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock und hat dank der leichten Hanglage einen tollen Ausblick ins Grüne und auf den Schönbuch. Sie wurde 2020 komplett renoviert (und wenn ich sage komplett, dann meine ich das: neues Laminat, neue Elektrik, neue Türen und Fenster, neue Küche usw usw...). Es gibt ein Tageslichtbad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne inkl. Dusche und Glasduschwand - Duschvorhänge ade! ;) Die Küche (mit Morgensonne) verfügt über alles, was das Herz begehrt: Kühlschrank, Backofen, Spülmaschine (!) und viel Stauraum für Lebensmittel.

are you looking for a bright room with access to the balcony in a great location and an otherwise very well-equipped apartment? Then take a look around here :)
I am renting a beautiful room with a large window and access to the large balcony (my room also has access, so no one just runs through your room on their way out ;) ). The room is almost square and has lots of space for a comfy bed, desk and closet - or whatever you'd like to pack in! It has shutters and its own cable connection. Due to the south-west orientation, you can enjoy the most beautiful evening sun and sunsets on the balcony and also in your room!
The apartment is located on the third floor and has a great view of the Schönbuch. It was completely renovated in 2020 (and when I say completely, I mean it: new laminate, new electrics, new doors and windows, new kitchen etc etc...). There is a daylight bathroom with washing machine and bathtub incl. shower and glass shower wall - goodbye shower curtains! ;) The kitchen (with morning sun) has everything your heart desires: fridge, oven, dishwasher (!) and plenty of storage space for food.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Lustnau, nur 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Innenstadt entfernt. Hier gibt es alles, was man so im Alltag braucht: einen REWE, eine Apotheke, Bäcker/Metzger und verschiedene Ärtze im Lustnauer Zentrum (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Nähe zu Wald und Schönbuch (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Mehrere Buslinien, eine davon direkt vor der Tür (Linie 22) und mehrere in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Sportinstitut und zur Kletterhalle sind es nur je 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The apartment is located in beautiful Lustnau, only 10-15 minutes by bike from the city center. You will find everything you need in everyday life close by: a supermarket, a pharmacy, baker/butcher and various doctors in the Lustnauer Zentrum (5 minutes walk). The proximity to the forest and Schönbuch (2 minutes walk). Several bus lines, one of them directly in front of the door (line 22) and several in 3-5 minutes walk. To the sports institute and the climbing hall it takes only 7 minutes each by bike.
Zusammenleben würdest du mit mir: Ina, 30 Jahre alt, wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin und Doktorandin an der Uni (Kriminologie/Soziologie). Ich bin unternehmungslustig, verbringe viel Zeit in der Kletterhalle oder im Winter auf Ski und bin überhaupt gerne draußen beim Wandern, Campen, Plantschen oder Reisen. Im alltäglichen WG-Leben freue ich mich, gemeinsam neue Rezepte beim Kochen auszutesten (ich habe jetzt einen Wok ;) ), kreativ zu sein (Möbel bauen, Wände anmalen, basteln/nähen - ich bin für vieles zu begeistern), mal die ein oder andere sportliche Aktivität gemeinsam zu unternehmen, spontan einen Sundowner auf dem Balkon zu schlürfen oder auch mal einen Sonntagnachmittag auf der Couch beim Netflixen zu verbringen. Alles immer ungezwungen und spontan, tatsächlich bin ich in meinem Alltag und meiner Freizeit recht viel unterwegs und auch am Wochenende immer mal wieder in den Bergen und daher nicht ständig zuhause. Derzeit arbeite ich jedoch im Homeoffice, von daher würde ich mich über eine:n Mitbewohner:in freuen die auch bereits arbeitet und einen ähnlichen Tagesrythmus hat. Wenn du auch im HO bist umso besser, dann gibts gemeinsame Kaffeepausen auf dem Balkon :D

You would share the apartment with me: Ina, 30 years old, research assistant and PhD student at the university (criminology/sociology). I am adventurous, spend a lot of time in the climbing hall or in winter on skis and generally like to be outside hiking, camping and travelling. In everyday life in a shared flat I enjoy trying out new recipes together in the kitchen (I now have a wok ;) ), being creative (building furniture, painting walls, handicrafts/sewing - I'm enthusiastic about a lot of things), doing some sports activities together, spontaneously sipping a sundowner on the balcony or spending a Sunday afternoon on the couch watching Netflix. It should all be easy-going and spontaneous, in fact I am quite busy in my everyday life and my free time and also every now and then spend the weekend in the mountains and therefore am not constantly at home. Currently I work from home, so I would be happy about a roommate who also already works and has a similar rhythm. If you are also working from home all the better, then joint coffee breaks on the balcony are more than welcome :D
Es gibt immer einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, solltet ihr ein Auto haben. Außerdem verfügen wir über einen großzügigen Kellerraum, in dem Zeug für materialintensive Hobbies gelagert werden kann. Fahrräder können vor dem Haus abgestellt werden.
Ich freue mich über eine Nachricht von euch - erzählt doch ein bisschen, wer ihr seid und was ihr macht, und vielleicht lernen wir uns ja bald auch "live" kennen. Onlinebesichtigungen per Skype sind auch möglich falls ihr nicht vor Ort seid oder wegen der Pandemie nicht vorbekommen könnt/möchtet.
Die Miete enthält bereits Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet und GEZ.

There is always a parking space in front of the house, should you have a car. We also have a spacious basement room where you can store all the stuff for material-intensive hobbies. Bicycles can be parked in front of the house.
I'd love to hear from you - tell me a bit about who you are and what you do, and maybe we'll get to meet in person soon. Online viewings via Skype are also possible in case you are not in Tübingen or can't/won't come by because of the pandemic.
The rent already includes utilities, electricity, internet and GEZ.
