Hast Du Lust auf selbst verwaltetes Wohnen? Dann bist Du hier genau richtig!
Wir wohnen mit 30 Menschen in einem großen Haus auf dem Österberg (sehr zentral) und organisieren uns komplett selbstständig. Wir legen Wert auf eine aktive Wohngemeinschaft, in der sich alle entsprechend ihrer Möglichkeiten einbringen. Für viele Aufgaben und Themenbereiche, auch jenseits des Alltags, gibt es „Ämter“, von denen alle eines belegen, wie z.B. das Gartenamt, das Müllamt, das Finanzamt oder das Partyamt.
Wir haben einen schönen großen Garten, einen häuslich eingerichteten Innenbereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, gemütlichem Esszimmer, Clubraum, Fernsehzimmer, kleiner Werkstatt, Waschküche und zwei großen Bädern. Es gibt regelmäßig die Konzertreihe „Sofasession“ und das bekannte „Sommerfest“ . Viele sind bei der „grünen Kiste“ beteiligt und es wird gerne zusammen gekocht, gequatscht, gelebt. Es gibt also viel zu erleben und gestalten!
Zur Zwischenmiete steht ein 8-m2-Zimmer mit Hochbett. Eine dauerhafte Unterbringung war bisher für fast alle Zwischenmietenden möglich. Unser Zimmerrotationsprinzip verspricht auf Dauer auch größere Zimmer. Die Bewohnenden treffen sich allmonatlich, um wichtige Dinge zu besprechen und Beschlüsse demokratisch und gerne im Konsens zu beschließen.
Unser Projekt ist im Verein zur Schaffung und Erhaltung selbstverwalteten Wohnens e.V. organisiert und wir verpflichten uns einer Einkommensgrenze von 1450,- €. Die Mieten hier im Haus sind je nach Zimmergröße unterschiedlich, überschreiten warm jedoch nie 200,- €. Kaution: 250,- €.

We live with 30 people in a big house on the Österberg, very central in Tübingen, and organize ourselves completely self-managed. We value an active living community where all contribute according to their means. For many tasks and subject areas there are so-called "Ämter" ("offices"), from which everybody occupies one, such as the garden office, the waste office or the tax office.
We have a beautiful large garden, a nice interior with a kitchen, diner-room, living room, TV room, a small workshop, a washing room and two big bathrooms. There are the regular concert series "Sofa Session" and "Sommerfest ". Many are involved in the "green box“ (vegetables right from the region) and it is often talked, cooked together, just not being anonymously living somewhere. There is much to do and make!
For sublease is a room of app. 8-m2 with a loft bed. Permanent housing was possible for most intermediate renting people. Our room rotation principle also promises larger rooms. The house community meets every month to discuss important things.
Our project is organized in a club dedicated to create and maintain self-managed housing and we commit ourselves to an income limit of 1450,- €. Rents here in the house vary according to room size, but never exceed 200,- € all inc.. Deposit: 250,- €.
