Zimmer mit 2 großem Fenstern in unserer (dann) 5er-WG sucht eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in) ab sofort oder zum 1.1.2013.
Wir sind keine Zweck-, aber auch keine Zwangs-WG. Gemischt als Studenten und Berufstätige können wir den Garten der unteren WG mitbenutzen, Platz für Blumentöpfe, Kräuter usw. ist aber auch auf unserem Balkon (Südseite).
Gemeinsames Kochen und Feiern, ebenso wie einsames Lernen und Arbeiten ( :-) )wechseln sich ab.
Das Zimmer kann (mindestens für ein Semester) auch zur Zwischenmiete genutzt werden.
Busanbindung zur Uni über Linie 7 und 1 alle 15 min (10 min zur Uni), Nachtbus bis 3 Uhr von Donnerstag/Freitag bis Samstag/Sonntag. Bushaltestelle ca. 3-5 min zu Fuß. Sammeltaxi (SAM) fährt bis vor die Haustür.
