Das 16m² Zimmer besitzt zwei große Fenster die viel Tageslicht hereinlassen und die für eine hervorragende und sehr entspannte Aussicht sorgen. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Teppischboden, sehr angenehm im Winter da der Boden daher nie kalt wird und wird möbliert weitergeben. Ein vollständiges großes Bett (Gestell, mattraze usw.), Schreibtisch, 2Stühle und 2 Komoden (Siehe Bilder). Das ganze für nur 50€. Das Zimmer verfügt dazu über zahlreiche Steckdosen und einen Heizkörper.
In der Wohnung befinden sich sonst eine Gemeinschaftsküche und ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine (Trockner befindet sich im Keller) und Badewanne. Zusätzlich und gut um Stau und Unfälle zu vermeiden, besitzt die Wohnung eine getrennte Toillette.
The 16m² room possess' 2 big windows which enables a lot of light to enter the room and provides a really beautiful and relaxing view. The carpet floor of the room will never let your feet get cold in the winter and is in a very good state. With the room you'll also get a big bed (complet with mastress and so on), a desk, two chairs and 2 shelves (see pictures). The whole package for only 50€. In the room you'll also find enough outlets.
In the apartment there is otherwise a shared kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine (dryer is located in the basement) and bathtub. In addition and well to avoid traffic jams and accidents, the apartment has a separate toillette.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 9. Stockwerk eines Hochhauses (2 Aufzüge) in nur 5-8 min Fußweg des Studentenwohnheims WHO. Dort befinden sich auch Bank (Sparkasse und Volksbank), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und für Studenten die mal ausgehen wollen, gibt es den Kuckuck, eine Studenten-Bar die sich im Herzen des WHOs befindet. Mit dem Bus sind es aber nur 1-2 Minuten.
3 Bushaltestellen befinden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung (Falkenweg, Wiekelwiese, Wolkang-Stock-Straße), die Nächste lieg sogar direkt vor der Haustür (Falkenweg). Die Busse 2, 4 und 6 fahren von der Wohnung aus. Die die zur Morgenstelle müssen können entweder 5min zum WHO laufen, oder den Bus nehmen (1 Haltestelle) und dann am Ahornweg in die 3 einsteigen.
Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 min Busfahrt. Busse fahren unter der Woche ca. alle 15min.
Nachbusse sind auch vorhanden, sodass das Nachtleben genießbar und stress-frei abläuft.
Da die Wohnung sich im 9. Stockwerk befindet, ist die Aussicht auch dementsprechend wunderschön.
The apartment is located on the 9th floor of a building (2 elevators) in just 5-8 min walk from the student dormitory WHO. There are also banks (Sparkasse and Volksbank), shopping facilities and for students who want to go out, there is the Kuckuck, a student bar located in the heart of the WHO. By bus, however, it is only 1-2 minutes.
3 bus stops are located near the apartment (Falkenweg, Wiekelwiese, Wolkang-Stock-Straße), the nearest is even right on the doorstep (Falkenweg). Buses 2, 4 and 6 leave from the apartment. Those who have to walk to the Morgenstelle can either walk 5min to the WHO, or take the bus (1 stop) and then board the 3 at the Ahornweg.
The city center is about 10 min by bus. Buses run about every 15min during the week.
Nightbusses are also available, so that the nightlife gets stress-free.
Since the apartment is located on the 9th floor, the view is also correspondingly beautiful.

Da unser Mitbewohner wieder zurück nach Korea muss, suchen wir ab dem 1. Oktober einen neuen Mitbewohner / eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Deine Zukünftige Mitbewohner heißen Sam und Suj. Wir sind sehr offen und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander.
Samantha studiert Koreanistik und spricht perfekt Französisch, Deutsch und Englisch (und etwas Koreanisch) Suj. kommt aus Indien, spricht Englisch und ein bisschen Deutsch und arbeitet als Wissenschaftler.
Wir sind sehr nett, freundlich und offen.
Sehr entspanntes Zusammenleben innerhalb der WG. Alles kann nichts muss. Durch Beruf und Studium sieht man sich mal sehr häufig oder eben weniger. Gemeinsames Kochen, Essen oder Quatschen wird gerne unternommen, manchmal geplant, manchmal sponntan.

Since our roommate has to go back to Korea, we are looking for a new roommate from October 1st.
Your future roommates are Called Sam and Suj. We are very open and like to spend time together.
Samantha studies Korean studies and speaks perfect French, German and English (and some Korean) Suj. comes from India, speaks English and a bit of German and works as a scientist.
We are very nice, friendly and open.
Very relaxed coexistence within the shared flat. We love to cook together when the time allows us to do so, or sometimes just talk about random or serious stuff around a glass of wine or a bottle of beer.
Die Kaution für das Zimmer kostet 700€ und zusätzlich zur Warmmiete (350€) werden 13€ Monatlich für Internet erwartet.
Der Vermieter ist eine sehr nette Person, die du eigentlich nur 1x treffen wirst, da er nie zu einer Kontrolle oder Ähnliches aufkreuzt. Trozdem ist er immer ansprechbar, wenn es irgendwelche Probleme geben sollte.

The landlord is a very nice person, which you will normaly only meet once, as he never crosses to a check or something like that. Still he is always reachable if there were to be any problems.
