The total rent of 480€ includes everything from water, electricity, heat to internet.
This wonderful room is located at the end of Burgholzweg, behind the castle of Tübingen, just a minutes walk away from the Bismarkturm and forest! It's a great location, with only a 4 minute bus ride into the old town for grocery shopping or meeting up with friends for a coffee. If you love nature this is also ideal as the forest is on your doorstep, for a walk or a run whenever you wish :)
The room is located on the first floor with a shared balcony. There is plenty of light in the room due to the full window wall, but privacy has never been an issue as there are curtains and lots of peace and quiet on the end of the street. The room is unfurnished, but does have a large built in wardrobe. There is also an elevator in the building which makes moving furniture in a lot easier.The kitchen and bathroom are located on the ground floor and are shared by 2 other people. The kitchen area is extremely large and fully equipped, great for having friends over. The bathroom is also spacious and includes a laundry machine and drying rack.
Ps: there’s also a neighborhood cat that comes often for visits and is an unofficial flatmate - pets are also allowed as the landlords are pretty open
in terms of your future flatmate there is Maxi, a pharmaceutical studies student doing his Bachelors at the Uni, a clean, nice, and easy-going guy and Yu, a very nice, respectful, calm and tidy young woman from China, who is doing her Masters in German Literature.
The room is up for rent as for right now.

Sehr schönes, großes und helles Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, hat aber einen großen Einbauschrank.
In der Warmmiete von 480€ ist schon alles enthalten, zusammen mit Wasser, Strom, Heizung und Internet.
Liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und Naturnähe.( der Wald ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt!)
Ca.20 Quadratmeter Fläche ( evtl. sogar etwas mehr) dadurch sehr viel Platz, weiterer Stauraum im Keller vorhanden.
Gemeinsamer ( zusammen mit Yu ) großer Balkon mit Grünfläche und schöner Aussicht.
Geteilte, große Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet und zur freien Benutzung ist, mit zusätzlicher Fläche für Freizeit.(großer Esstisch, Couch mit Fernseher und kleiner Tischkicker).
Bad wird zusammen mit den 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern benutzt, mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und Platz zum Wäscheaufhängen.
Super Lage, Bushaltestelle in Fußnähe ( direkt neben dem Haus ) erreichbar.
Bis in die Altstadt braucht man mit dem Bus nur 5 Minuten.
Haustiere sind nach Absprache mit den Vermietern erlaubt.
Außerdem kommt mit dem Zimmer eine kleine Nachbarskatze, die oft zu Besuch kommt und immer gerne viel Zeit in dem Zimmer verbracht hat. Deswegen wäre es natürlich von Vorteil, wenn du Katzen magst, da man nur sehr schwer Nein zu ihr sagen kann. Aber kein Muss - wenn nicht, kannst du Sie auch einfach draußen lassen und Yu kümmert sich schon um sie:)
