Hi! We are an international WG with 3 women looking for a new woman to join.
The room is one out of four rooms in the WG. The WG is newly renovated last year, and everything is well maintained.
1) Location: Super close to Max Planck Institute and University of Tuebingen. I take 4-min walk from the WG to MPI.
It is also super close (1-min walk; right at our door) to the bus stop No. 4. And 10-min walk to Bus No. 2, 3, 4, 6, 17.
15-min walk to the nearby supermarkets, and if you take the bus No.4 right in front of our WG, then you can easily go to Kaufland for shopping.
2) Warm rent: all together 520 per month, no extra cost.
3) Beautiful view: This room is the biggest room of the WG, with a super nice view (schöner Blick)! You can see the sunrise from trees every day and the room stays quite light.
4) We have shared access to a beautiful garden. We also have a garage to park bicycles or put big stuff in.

The other renters are one Chinese-Canadian (24-year-old) who is native in English, and fluent in French and Chinese, and she does research at Max Planck Institute in biology, one female Chinese master student (24-year-old) doing artificial intelligence research at Bosch AI who is native in Chinese, and fluent in German and English, and another female Chinese student (28-year-old) who is a postdoc doing artificial intelligence research at Max Planck Institute who is native in Chinese, and fluent in English.
We are open to any culture, and one of the roommate cooks very delicious Chinese food and is often willing to share her food to all. You are very welcome to apply :)!
