Zwischenmiete in schönem Zimmer in 6er-WG in großer Community

Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende,
Für zwei Monate wird bei uns in der WG im wunderbaren Geissweg-Wohnprojekt ein Zimmer frei. Es hat 12m2 und ist komplett möbliert. Der Schrank fällt zwar an einigen Stellen halb auseinander, aber ansonsten ist alles da und funktionstüchtig (auch Bettzeug und Bettwäsche) und es gibt sogar ein paar grüne Mitbewohner, um die du dich bitte auch etwas kümmern solltest! :) Die WG besteht aus einer gemütlichen, zentralen Wohnküche. Insgesamt wohnen 6 nette Menschen hier.


Lage

Das Geisswegwohnheim liegt zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten von Innenstadt und den
zentralen Uni-Gebäuden entfernt. Außerdem sind 3 Bushaltestellen in 2-3 minütiger Entfernung. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell überall.
Der Geissweg selbst besteht aus 5 Häusern, die um einen Innenhof gebaut
sind. Der Hof eignet sich perfekt zum Grillen, Abhängen und neue Leute
Kennenlernen.

WG-Leben

Wir sind ein bunt gemischter Haufen im Alter von 21-27 Jahren, alle im Studium. Da wir, wie alle WGs im Geissweg, eine/n internationale/n Studierende/n mit uns hier wohnen haben, sprechen wir häufiger auch mal Englisch. Wir haben ein vertrautes und familiäres WG-Klima und suchen eine Person, die gern aktiv das WG-Leben mitgestaltet.
Der Geissweg ist ein selbstverwaltetes Wohnheim, gehört aber trotzdem zum Studierendenwerk. Im Gegensatz zu typischen Wohnheimen entscheiden wir, wer einzieht und übernehmen organisatorische Aufgaben immer selbst. Wir haben aber natürlich auch mehr Freiheiten, können unsere Räumlichkeiten und Außenbereiche frei gestalten, Events und Partys veranstalten und mehr. Insgesamt leben etwa 90 Personen in 6er-Wohnungen. Viele von uns sind recht aktiv in der Organisation und Struktur des Geisswegs involviert und es wäre schön, wenn auch du dich gerne hier einbringen möchtest. Mit eigenen Ideen kannst du dich hier jederzeit verwirklichen. Wir haben einen ausgestatteten Musikraum, Partykeller, Hof mit Tischtennisplatte, Garten, Dachterrasse und eine große unternehmungsfreudige Community. Da wir selbstverwaltet sind, erwarten wir auch von allen hier lebenden Personen, dass sie sich in der Community irgendwie einbringen und zB auch mal Aufgaben übernehmen die anfallen.
Wir möchten als WG ein familiäres und freundschaftliches Klima beibehalten. Wir sitzen gerne beisammen, haben kein Problem Essen zu teilen und suchen nach jemanden der gerne nach dem Motto "give and take" mit uns lebt.

Das Zimmer ist ausschließlich als eine befristete Untermiete verfügbar. Allerdings werden zum neuen Semesterstart immer einige Zimmer frei und wenn man mal hier ist gibt es eine gute Chance ein langfristiges Zimmer zu bekommen :)

Hello dear future room mate!

For two months we have a room available in our shared apartment in the wonderful Geissweg housing project. It has 12m2 and is fully furnished. I have a lot of planty roommates and I am searching for someone who is responsible enough to care for them! The WG consists of a cozy, central living kitchen. A total of 6 people live here.


Location

The Geissweg housing project is about 10 minutes walking distance from the city center and the
central university buildings. There are also 3 bus stops within 2-3 minutes distance. You can also get everywhere quickly by bike.
Geissweg itself consists of 5 houses built around a courtyard.
In the summer, the courtyard and our garden is the center to meet people, make camp fires or play table tennis.

WG-Life
We are a welcoming and active bunch of people in our WG ranging in age from 21-27. Since we have an international student living here with us, like all shared flats in Geissweg, we speak English more often. We have a familiar and familiar WG climate and are looking for a person who likes to actively contribute to the WG life.
Geissweg is a self-managed dormitory, but still belongs to the Studierendenwerk. In contrast to typical dormitories, we decide who moves in and always take care of organizational tasks ourselves. But of course we also have more freedom, we can freely design our premises and outdoor areas, organize events and parties and more. In total, about 90 people live in 6-person apartments. Many of us are quite actively involved in the organization and structure of the Geissweg and it would be nice if you would also like to get involved here. You can always realize your own ideas here. We have an equipped music room, party cellar, courtyard with ping pong table, garden, roof terrace and a large enterprising community. Since we are self-managed, we also expect from all people living here that they somehow get involved in the community and e.g. take over tasks that arise.
Our WG would like to maintain a family and familiar WG climate. We like to sit together, have no problem sharing food and are looking for someone who likes to live with us according to the motto "give and take".

The room is only available as a sublent for two months. But there is always a room getting vacant during the semester start, so once here you could have a chance to move into another WG without temporary limitations :)
