Das Französische Viertel oder Franzviertel liegt im Süden Tübingens und ist größtenteils genosschenschaftliche Bauprojekte entstanden. Hier finden sich viele Initativen, Werkstätten und Austauschräume.
Zu Fuß ist ein kleiner Waldabschnitt keine 5 Minuten entfernt und optimal für Spaziergänge.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie ein Bäcker, Lidl, Edeka, DM, Obi sind ein Katzensprung.
Mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus sind es ca. 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
Die allseitsbeliebte Kneipe "Pausenhof" ist 5 min entfernt und viele Wohnprojekte haben praktisch nebenan regelmäßige Bars und Bildungsangebote.

The Französisches Viertel or Franzviertel is located in the south of Tübingen and is mainly a result of building cooperatives. There are many local initiatives, workspaces and community rooms here.
A small wooded area is less than 5 minutes away on foot and is ideal for walks.
Shopping facilities such as a bakery, Lidl, Edeka, DM and Obi are just a stone's throw away.
The city center is about 15 minutes away by bike or bus.
The popular pub "Pausenhof" is 5 minutes away and many housing projects have regular bars and educational offers practically next door.

Wir wohnen hier zu zweit, kennen uns schon seit ein paar Jahren und haben uns vor ein paar Montaten hier im Franzviertel gemütlich eingerichtet.

Rosa studiert Geoökologie und geht im Zuge ihres Masters für 3 Monate nach Brasilien. Währenddessen suchen wir eine Person, die sich gemeinsames Wohnen und Verantwortung für den Haushalt gut vorstellen kann.

Ich (Ari) würde mit Dir zusammen wohnen, studiere Umweltnaturwissenschaften und werde in dem Zeitraum für meine Bachelorprüfung lernen und mit der Bachelorarbeit anfangen. Ansonsten verbringe ich viel Zeit im Queeren Zentrum Tübingen, wo ich im Orga-Team bin. Für mich ist es sehr wichtig ein queerfreundliches und vor allem auch trans* freundliches Zuhause zu haben, überleg Dir also bitte, ob das auf Dich zutrifft.
Ich bin gerne draußen Wandern, Spazieren, Fahrradfahren und versuche regelmäßig klettern zu gehen. Ich verbringe aber auch gerne meine Abende auf der Couch mit Tee und was leckerem zu Essen.

Im Moment teilen wir alles Essen (vegan) und holen wöchentlich saisonales Gemüse von der Solawi. Wenn Du darauf Lust hast, wäre das cool, sonst können wir ja über alles reden.

Sauberkeit und fair geteilte Sorgearbeit ist uns wichtig und wir wünschen uns das auch von Dir.

There's two of us living here, we've known each other for a few years and settled in here in the Franzviertel a few months ago.

Rosa is studying geoecology and is going to Brazil for 3 months as part of her Master's degree. In the meantime, we're looking for someone who can imagine living and running the household together.

I (Ari) would be flatmates with you, I'm studying environmental sciences and will be studying for my Bachelor's exam and starting my Bachelor's thesis during the time of your stay. Apart from that, I spend a lot of time at Queeres Zentrum Tübingen, where I am part of the team. For me it is very important to have a queer friendly and especially trans* friendly home, so please consider if this applies to you.
I like to be outdoors - hiking, walking, cycling and I try to go climbing regularly. I also like to spend my evenings on the couch with tea and something tasty to eat.

At the moment we share all the food (vegan) and get seasonal vegetables from a Community-supported Agriculture every week. If you are up for that - nice! Otherwise, we we can definitely talk about it.

Cleanliness and fairly shared care work is important to us and we want you to respect this too.

Kennenlern-Termine würden wir so bald wie möglich machen, auf jeden Fall aber vor Februar.

Die Wohnung ist barrierearm, erreichbar durch einen Aufzug und breitere Türrahmen. Unter anderem nicht vorhandenene Haltegriffe an Badewanne und Toilette sowie eine Stufe zum Balkon könnten jedoch Barrieren für den Alltag darstellen.
