suche zum 1.6. 2009 einen netten Nachmieter, das Geschlecht ist laut Vermieterin leider nicht verhandelbar, es sollte ein Mann sein. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, auf Wunsch kann ich auch gerne mein Bett überlassen. Es ist schön hell, mit Parkett und Blick auf den Garten. Das Haus liegt fast direkt an der Steinlach, es ist eine sehr hübsche, ruhige Gegend.
