Da ich aus meinem schönen Zimmer ausziehe, suchen ich ein Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr schön. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche,einen Wintergarten und einen großen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist hell und hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon. Die beiden Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und immer für gemeinsames Kochen oder einen gemütlichen Kaffee zu haben. Es gibt eine Internet und Telefon-flatrate, welche noch 7 Euro extra ausmachen. Zudem ist im Preis noch eine Abstellkammer für das Fahrrad und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschiene im Keller inbegriffen.
