Liebe Zimmersuchende,
in meiner heißgeliebten WG in der Reutlinger Straße werden bis Mitte April zwei Zimmer frei. Das hier annoncierte größere Zimmer bemisst ungefähr 28 Quadratmeter, hat einen Dielen-Boden und wurde bis jetzt von mir als Wohn- und Schlafzimmer genutzt. Es hat zwei große Fenster zum Innenhof heraus.
Du beziehst eine gemütliche und nette Studenten-WG mit vier Mitbewohnern (Christoph ist Soziolge, Marte ist Medizinerin, der zweite Christoph studiert Germanistik und Geschichte und außerdem stößt noch ein weiterer Zimmergenosse ins größere Zimmer nebenan hinzu). Die Wohnung hat ein seperates WC, einen Wintergarten und einen zum Garten umfunktionierten Parkplatz direkt hinterm Haus mit Gartenambiente - Liegestuhl, Hängematte und aufblasbares Plantschbecken warten nur auf dich! ;)
