wir suchen ab dem 1. Mai eine(n) neue(n) MitbewohnerIn.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 Quadratmeter groß. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr große Dachterasse für schöne Grill- und Chillmomente. Alles andere schau Dir am besten persönlich an.
Unsere Wohnung liegt am Beginn der Südstadt in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Der Bahnhof ist drei Gehminuten entfernt. Mit Kaufland und Rewe sind zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Das LTT und das Kino Blaue Brücke sind in zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Universität sind es mit dem Fahhrad gut fünf Minuten.
Wir sind zwei recht umgängliche Bewohner. Ein Physikstudent und ein Doktorand der Politikwissenschaft mit Interesse an Sport, Spiel, Spaß und Kochen/Essen.
Wir sind keine Party-WG, aber auch nicht vollkommen spaßbefreit. Wenn Du Lust auf ein ruhiges, aber kommunikatives Zusammenleben hast, bist Du bei uns richtig.
