ich biete ein möbiliertes Zimmer (25m2) in meiner schönen Maisonette-Wohnung (keine Party-WG) mit Garten im Loretto Viertel (Tübingen-Südstadt). Die Wohnung gehört mir. Ich bin 35, Akademikerin (Anglistin/Amerikanistin), eher ruhig aber gelassen, und suche **** ab 01. Dezember 2012 bis 7. Februar 2013**** (also Semesterende, aber bis zum 31. Januar wäre auch ok) eine nette Mitbewohnerin. Du sollst eher auch ruhig und unkompliziert sein.
Pauschalkosten (Warmmiete): 400€ pro Monat (inkl. Highspeed DSL WLAN Flatrate, Festnetz Flatrate, Kabel TV, Heizung, Wasser, Strom, usw.)
Kaution: 400€
