Hallo,
da ich ab dem 10.August für drei Monate ein Praktikum in Mannheim absolvieren werde, würde ich gerne mein 13m²-Zimmer in einer zentral und ruhig gelegenen 5er-WG zwischenvermieten.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert und liegt auf der Südseite, d.h. es ist wunderbar sonnig.
Die WG hat ein zentrales, gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, um das die Zimmer angeordnet sind. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Desweiteren haben wir ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein kleines Gäste-Klo.
Die WG ist sehr zentral gelegen, d.h. das Kaufland ist 2 Gehminuten, der Bahnhof und die Neckarbrücke je 5 Gehminuten entfernt und auch zur Wilhelmstraße sind es zu Fuß nur 10-15 Minuten.
Die Wohnatmosphäre ist sehr angenehm. Wir sind drei Studenten und eine Berufstätige, die am Institut für Geoökologie arbeitet.
