Hallo Zusammen,
da ich Ende des Jahres mit meinem Studium in Tübingen fertig bin, wird ein großes und helles Zimmer in der Südstadt frei. Das Zimmer ist 18m² groß, hat zwei Fenster und liegt unter dem Dach. Ich würde gerne einen Teil meiner Möbel dalassen. Das können wir aber dann auch noch klären.
Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten, der mitbenutzt werden darf.
Im zweiten Zimmer wohnt eine Pharmaziestudentin.
Mit dem Rad ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt und der Uni. Gute Busanbindung mit den Linien 4,7,8, 13 und N95.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Zu den Läden im Depot (Netto, DM, Alnatura,...) braucht man nicht einmal 10 Minuten zu Fuß und das Kaufland und der Marktkauf sind auch schnell zu erreichen.
