Das Zimmer ist äußerst sauber und geräumig und sein Doppelfenster ist so platziert, dass es sehr hell ist aber dennoch im Sommer nicht schwül ist. Die WG verfügt über 6 Zimmer, einem großen Bad, einer großen Küche mit Gemeinschaftsraum, TV und Sofas und großem Flur.
Das Bad ist sehr groß, verfügt über 5 Waschbecken , 2 Duschen und 2 WCs.
The room is very bright, spacious and clean and and has a big double-window. The flat share has 6 rooms, one big bathroom, a big kitchen with a big table, chairs, two couches and a tv and a very spacious hall. The bathroom is very big with 5 sinks, 2 showers and 2 toilets.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend da direkt vor der Haustüre die Bushaltestelle ist, von welcher man den Bus Richtung Uni/Stadtzentrum nehmen kann. Darüberhinaus gibt es 100m weiter entfernt eine andere Haltestelle von der aus man 2 weitere Busse in Richtung Stadtzentrum/Uni nehmen kann. Die Fahrtdauer dauert in beiden Fällen zwischen 8-10 Min.
Sowohl Mc Donalds, Kaufland, Marktkauf, Lidl und Netto als auch der Studentenclub Top Ten sind nur einige Gehminuten vom Wohnheim entfernt. Das Viertel an sich ist ruhig und hat eine malerische Landschaft mit viel Grün.
The public transport connection is really good since there is a bus stop right in front of the door, which goes directly to the center within 10min. 100m further there is another bus stop with 2 other bus lines with which you can reach the city center within 10 minutes. All major supermarkets like Lidl, Marktkauf, Netto, Kaufland and Mc Donalds, Subway and even the big club Top10 are within walking distance and very close. The neighborhood is very picturesque and quiet, but it still has several cafés, restaurants and a bakery.
Die Mitbewohner sind äußerst kommunikative und gesellige Studenten, die für gemeinsame Kochabende oder ein Glas Wein immer gerne zu haben sind. Sie sind ordentlich, sehr hilfsbereit und haben immer ein Ohr für jegliche Anliegen offen.
My roomates are all very sociable and lovely people, all students, who like to cook or drink a glas of wine together every now and then. They are tidy, very communicative and willing to help.
Das Zimmer ist zwar zur Zwischenmiete freigegeben, da ich aber ab September ein Praktikum in Berlin machen werde ich meine Sachen aus dem Zimmer räumen. Die Möbel , die vom Wohnheim gestellt werden sind Schrank, Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl, ein Bett, Kommode und Buecherregal. Das Zimmer ist ideal um vor Ort nach einem geeigneten Zimmer für das kommende Wintersemester zu suchen, da der Wohnungsmarkt in Tübingen mehr als gesättigt ist. Für den gesamten Zeitraum ab dem 20.08 bis 30.09 beträgt die Miete nur 275 Euro! Im Preis enthalten ist auch mein Semesterticket, welches ich dir dalasse und womit du bis 30.09. kostenlos mit Bus und Bahn in Tübingen und Umgebung fahren kannst! Es lohnt sich also allemal! I am subletting the room from now until Sept. 30, 2013, but because somebody else is moving in in October and I am doing an internship in Berlin in September, I already moved out and packed my stuff. The furniture that is left there is a bed, table, chair, closet, big bookshelf and a night table. So it's basically a perfect place to stay in order to search for rooms for the coming semester starting in October, because it is not at all easy to find one in Tübingen. The total rent for the period from 21.08. until 30.09. is 275 euro, which means that the 10 days of august are for free! I include my semesterticket in this price as well, which you can use for free public transportation in and around Tübingen, which is really worth it because one ticket costs 2,60 Euro.
