Hallo zusammen,
ich möchte ab sofort mein Zimmer in einer 4er WG in Tübingen Süd nachvermieten.
Das Zimmer ist groß, schön und hell da es zwei Fenster zu unterschiedlichen Seiten hat. Die Lage ist nah zu Uni, Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (direkt neben Kaufland). Die Wohnung hat ein sehr großes Tageslichtbad mit Wanne und Dusche, eine etwas kleinere Küche und kein Gemeinschaftszimmer.
Die Bewohner sind sowohl Studenten als auch Berufstätig. Aktuell handelt es sich vorrangig um eine Zweck-WG, wobei die Bewohner durchaus auch für Unternehmungen offen sind. Die Vermieter wünschen sich eine neue Mieterin/einen neuen Mieter für längerfristig, so dass das Zimmer nicht nur für kurze Zeiträume vermietet wird.
