Das Zimmer ist im Erdegeschoss in einer 3er WG. Es ist bereits moebiliert. Wenn du es ohne Moebel moechtest geht das auch. Es ist klein aber fein und sehr gemuetlich. Es gibt ein sehr grosses Fenster und im Sommer ist es stets angenehm kuehl. Die Kueche ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr geraeumig. Wir haben ein sehr schoenes Badezimmer mit 2 Waschbecken, Badewanne/Dusche und einen seperaten Raum fuer die Toilette. Im Haus leben groesstenteils Familien. Es gibt auch einen Keller mit Waschraum und unserer Waschmaschine, sowie Fahrradabstellplatz.
The room is on the ground floor in a shared flat. It is already furnished for free or I can remove the furniture. It is small but really cosy. There is a big window and in summer it is enjoyable cool.
In the flat, the kitchen is complete and big (Oven, microwave, fridge freezer…). We have a really nice and big bathroom with 2 sinks, a bath tub/shower and a seperate room for the toilette.
We also have a washing machine in the basement. In the house live mainly families. There is also a cellar with a wash room and the laundry and another part big enough for your bike.
Die WG ist im wunderschoenen franzoesischen Viertel. Es ist still, im Gruenen und ein sehr huebsches Viertel. Supermaerkte sind gleich um die Ecke (Lidl und Edeka Center in 5min und auch das Depot Areal ist in der Naehe). Ausserdem gibt es direkt im Viertel einen Baecker,einen Bioladen,zwei Fahrradlaeden und einen kleinen Buchladen. Mehrere Restaurants findet man ebenfalls im franzoesischen Viertel. Ausserdem ist man direkt am Wald und es gibt Liegestuehle am Waldrand zum Entspannen und mit Freunden grillen. Im Zentrum ist man in 10 min mit dem Fahrrad und in 15 in in der Wilhelmstrasse. Ausserdem gibt es mehrere Bushaltestellen direkt vorm Haus ( Aixer Strasse, Wankheimer Taele, Reutlinger Strasse).
We are in the wonderful French quarter. It is silent, green and lovely. Supermarkets (Lidl, Edeka center in 5 mins) are really close and it is also close to the Depot Areal. Directly in the quarter are a bakery, a book store, a bioshop and some bike shops. There are also restaurants and a cafe.Moreover you are really close to the forest where you can relax and have a barbecue with friends. In city centre you are in 10 min by bike and in 15 min in Wilhelmstrasse (same time with the bus). Bus stops are really close as well (Aixer Straße and Wankheimer Täle in 2 min with 4, 7, 13 bus lines as well as Reutlinger Straße with 7625, 10/7611 ).
Deine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind Rebecca (24 Jahre) und Hannah (25 Jahre). SIe Studieren Englisch und Naturwissenschaften.Rebecca lebt am laengsten hier, Hannah ist gerade im August eingezogen. Sie sind beide sehr nett und ruhig. Manchmal ist Zeit zum gemeinsamen Kochen oder zum Quatschen in der Kueche.
You have 2 flatmates (Rebecca and Hannah) studying English and science. Rebecca lives for the longest time here. Hannah just joined us this August. They are both really friendly and calm. Sometimes there is time to cook together or meet up for talks in the kitchen.
