Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und liegt außerhalb der Wohnung im 1. Stock. Die Wohnung selbst hat ca. 200 qm und es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, große Wohnküche und ein großes Bad und ein separates WC, welches auch außerhalb der Wohnung liegt.
Da es sich um einen Altbau handelt sind die Decken sehr hoch (ca. 4 Meter) und haben Stuck.
Der Boden ist aus hellem Laminat und es gibt 2 Fenster, so dass das Zimmer sehr hell ist.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Innenstadt, Supermärkte, Post usw. sind alle in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Lage direkt an der Steinlach ist besonders im Sommer sehr schön zum Sonnenbaden oder Grillen.
Auch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof ist äußerst geschickt.
Wir sind eine berufstätigen WG (Doktorandin, 1 Lehrer, OP-Pfleger + Medizinstudent, IT-Entwickler und ein Zimmermann) und sind somit alle unter der Woche beschäftigt. Alle Bewohner treiben gerne Sport (Klettern, Handball, Fußball, Fitness).
Wir sind alle sehr offen und umgänglich und sind auch nicht abgeneigt für ein gemeinsames Frühstück, Abendessen oder Feierabend-Bier/Wein. Es ist alles ungezwungen. Gerne hätten wir eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) der/die ebenfalls offen ist und sich nicht nur in seinem Zimmer verschanzt. Privatsphäre ist jedem genehmigt und Ruhe ist aufgrund unserer Berufstätigkeiten gegeben, aber in einer 6er WG soll es kein anonymes Zusammenleben werden.
Die Kosten für das Zimmer sind 271 EUR, inklusive Nebenkosten. Je nachdem wie die Nebenkostenabrechnung ausfällt kommen Zusatzkosten hinzu oder es gibt eine Rückzahlung.
