Wohnheimszimmer in der Südstadt günstig zur Zwischenmiete

Das Wohnheim befindet sich in der Tübinger Südstadt und man ist mit dem Fahrrad in weniger als 10 min in der Altstadt / an der Neckarbrücke. Sollte man den Bus bevorzugen, fährt dieser vor dem Haus ab und man braucht ähnlich lange in die Stadt, wie mit dem Fahrrad. Da das Wohnheim nicht direkt an einer größeren Straße liegt ist es außerdem ziemlich ruhig.

Aloha lieber Wohnungssuchender. Ich suche für den Monat März einen Zwischenmieter für mein altes Zimmer, da ich gegen Ende Februar etwas mehr in die Innenstadt ziehen werde und ungerne das Zimmer leerstehen lassen würde.

In der WG leben neben mir noch Rocky der Amerikanistik studiert, Jonas der in VWL mastert und Adrian, wobei Adrian 99% der Zeit bei seiner Freundin lebt. Es ist also eigentlich eine 3er WG. Rocky und Jonas sind beide super angenehm und offen. Wenn man sich in der Küche oder im Flur über den Weg läuft, führt das unweigerlich immer zu interssanten und längeren Gesprächen. Alles in allem habe ich immer sehr gerne dort gewohnt.

Alles vertragliche wird über das Studierendenwerk geregelt. Es braucht also keine Untermietverträge oder ähnliches. Die Angegebene Miete ist pauschal und deckt alle Nebenkosten bereits ab.

The room on offer lies on the east side of the building an has a little shared balcony on its north. From the balcony one has a pretty nice view of the town. The room is part of a shared flat with 3 others in the "Wohnheim Mühlbachäcker" and next to the other rooms includes a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A small basement comparment and space for bikes is also part of the room.

I would prefer to rent out the room unfurnished however if the need should arise, we could talk about leaving some stuff in there temporarily.

The "Wohnheim" is located in the Tübinger Südstadt (south part of Tübingen) and the town center is easily reachable in less than 10 minutes by bike. Should you prefer to take the bus, there is a bus station right in front of the house and the ride into town takes similarly long as with a bike. The "Wohnheim" does not lie close to any major street, which is why its very quiet.

Hello there, Person looking for a place to stay. I am looking for someone to rent my old room in March, since I will be moving closer to the city center at the end of February and would prefer not to let the room stay empty.

Apart from me, there is 3 other people living in my flat, or 2 rather since one mostly stays with his girlfriend. Rocky, who studies American studies and Jonas, who studies economics. Both are really kind, open minded and super easy going. Coming across either of them in the hallway or kitchen often leads to interesting and long talks. All in all I always enjoyed living there.

All things regarding the contract and so on will be handled by the "Studierendenwerk", which means there will be no complicated subletting or anything like that. The rent posted above includes all costs already (e.g. internet, water, ...).
