Zu vermieten ist von Juni-September ein Zimmer in einer 4er WG. Auf Wunsch kann der Mietvertrag unbefristet verlängert werden 😊
Die monatliche Miete beträgt (warm) 180€.
Die Bushaltestelle ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Was ist also enthalten?
Enthalten sind eine Küche, ein getrenntes Bad + Dusche (ziemlich praktisch am Morgen), eine Waschmaschine (die du mitbenutzen kannst) und natürlich dein möbliertes Zimmer mit einem eigenen Waschbecken. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es hier selbstverständlich auch.
Deine drei zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Studentinnen, wobei eine von ihnen Japanologie studiert, während die anderen beiden in der naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultät studieren (Biologie / Chemie). Sie sind alle drei sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Da das meine erste Anzeige auf wg-gesucht ist lasse ich das mal so stehen xD Zögere nicht mich mit E-Mails zu bombardieren falls noch irgendwelche Fragen offen sein sollten… aber natürlich kannst du mich einfach nur anschreiben um mit mir ein Termin zu vereinbaren ;D

The flat is available from June till September. It’s also possible to extend the leasing contract and stay in the apartment indefinitely.
The lease costs are 180€ a month.
You can reach the bus stop in less than 5 minutes by foot.
Included are a kitchen, a separated bathroom + shower (which is super convenient in the mornings), a washing machine and your fully furnished room which also includes your personal sink and mirror. We’ve also got a parking lot if you happen to need one.
Your future room mates are three female students. One studies Japanese Studies, while the other two study Chemistry and Biology respectively. They’re friendly and always ready to help. All three of them are also fluent in English ;D
