Das Zimmer hat 10 m² und befindet sich im 11.Stock. Es ist möbliert mit einem Schreibtisch mit Rollcontainer, einem Schreibtischstuhl, einem Bett mit Nachttisch und einem großem Regal. Es gibt außerdem einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Außerdem hat das Zimmer ein eigenes Waschbecken, über dem auch noch einmal ein kleiner Schrank befestigt ist. Durch das große Fenster ist es sehr Hell und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Umgebung. Die WG verfügt über insgesamt 3 Toiletten und 3 Duschen, so dass sich dahingehend keine Probleme ergeben. Es gibt außerdem eine große Küche, wo man allein oder gemeinsam kochen und backen kann. Du hast dabei ein eigenes großes Fach im Kühlschrank im Geschrierschrank und im Aufbewahrungsschrank in der Küche. Von der Küche betritt man auch den großen Balkon, von dem aus du die auf die Stadt hinunterblicken kannst.
Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Wäschetrockner, die du für 1€ nutzen kannst. Falls du ein Auto hast, gibt es direkt vor dem Haus ein Parkhaus, wo du für 10€ pro Monat einen Parkplatz mieten kannst.
The room ís 10 sqaure meters large and is located in the 11th level. It is ready-furnished with a desk with a movable storage container, a desk chair, a bed with nightstand and a large shelf. Furthermore, there is a walk-in closet and a seperate sink. Above the sink, there is another small locker. Due to the big window, the room is very bright and you will have a great view of the neighborhood. The shared apartment have 3 toilets and 3 showers available. Also, there is a large kitchen, where you can cook and bake alone or together. You will have an own shelf in the refrigerator, the fridge-freezer and the storage compartment. From the kitchen, you can enter the large balcony, from which you have a nice view on the city of Tübingen.
In the basement there are washing machine and a dryer, that you can use for 1€. If you have a car, you can rent a parking in the car park directly in front of the house for 10€ per month.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Studentendorf Waldhäuser-Ost (WHO). Das heißt, du bist unter lauter anderen Studenten. Dadurch ergibt sich eine tolle Atmosphäre. Du bist zum Beispiel in einer Minute in der Studentenbar Kuckuck (http://www.kuckuck-bar.de/) , wo du feiern, entspannen oder dich mit Freunden treffen kannst. Oder du schaust Fussball im Gemeinschaftsraum Dodo (https://de-de.facebook.com/DodoAtWho). Zu den lokalen Supermärkten sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort kannst du von 07.00-21.00 jederzeit einkaufen. Auch nur 3 Minuten entfernt ist das Hallenbad Nord. Auch zur Bushaltestelle Ahornweg sind es nur 3 Minuten zu laufen. Von dort hast du fast im Minutentakt Anschluss an die Innenstadt (ca. 15 Minuten), die Uni im Tal oder die Morgenstelle. Auch nachts fahren die Busse (besonders am Wochenende) noch sehr spät zum WHO, sodass man sich darum auch keine Sorgen machen muss.
The room is located in the student-village Waldhäuser-Ost (WHO). That means, that you're living among other students. This results in a great studentical athomosphere. For instance, you have a one-minute-walk to the student-bar "Kuckuck" (http://www.kuckuck-bar.de/), where you can party and chill with friends. Or you can watch football in the "Dodo"(https://de-de.facebook.com/DodoAtWho). It's just a 3-minute-walk to the local supermarkets, that are open from 07.00-21:00. It's also just 3 minutes to the indoor swimming pool. The bus-stop "Ahornweg" is also only 3 minutes away. From this bus-stop, you can reach the inner-city and the uni almost every minute in about 15 minutes. The busses are also riding deep in the night (especially on weekends) so you don't have to fear that you won't come back.
In der WG sind wir ein bunt gemischter Haufen. Insgesamt sind wir zu siebt. Wir sind sehr international und stammen aus Deutschland, den USA und China. Ab und zu trifft man sich in der Küche oder geht feiern, aber es besteht überhaupt kein Zwang und es ist überhaupt kein Problem wenn man lieber in seinem Zimmer bleibt. Übers Wochenende fahren einige von uns außerdem regelmäßig nach Hause. Insgesamt ist es eine sehr zwanglose WG in der jede(r) sich so einrichten kann wie er/sie möchte.
In the flat share we are a bunch of diverse people. In total, we are seven people. We are very international, originating from Germany, the US and China. As an international student, you are very welcome. Sometimes we undertake something together, but there is definitely no need to, if you don't want. So it's no problem at all if you prefer to stay in your room instead. Over the weekende, some of us also go home. It's generally a very relaxed flat share!
Das Zimmer ist für 2 Monate bis zum Ende des Semesters zu haben. Ob du das Zimmer danach weiter übernehmen kannst ist nicht klar, das müsstest du im Detail mit der Wohnheimverwaltung klären.
Für das Internet brauchst du ein Ethernetkabel, das du kostenlos von mir übernehmen kannst.

The room ist available for 2 months until the end of the semester. Maybe you can have the room afterwards, but you would have to clarify this with the administration.
You will need a ethernet-cabel for the internet, but you can have mine for free.
