A room is currently available for rent in a 2 person flatshare in the Old Town (city centre). It is a spacious (20m2) and bright room with four windows, but still very private as it is on the first floor and in a quiet street. It has light laminate flooring throughout and white walls, and will be rented unfurnished.
The apartment has its own separate entrance. The kitchen and bathroom/WC are shared, and there is a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and internet available, as well as a bicycle parking space. Parking spaces for cars are available nearby with a resident parking permit.
The apartment is situated in a quiet but very centric pedestrian street in the Old Town, very close to the Marketplace. It is within walking distance to all the amenities the city centre has to offer. The public transport connections are really good, with easy access to the major bus routes (~5 minutes) and within walking distance (13 minutes) to the Central Train Station.
In the flat we have a rather quiet but sociable lifestyle. We both take turns every week to take care of cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, as maintaining cleanliness is very important to us.
I am the person who's moving out. Your future roommate would be a teacher, a very friendly and open-minded person who is always up for a chat.
