Mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut, deshalb schreibe ich in English. Mein mitbewohnerin kann sehr gut Deutsch sprechen, also ist das kein Problem wenn du nicht English sprechen.
I'm leaving Tübingen for one and a half month to visit my family. Therefore I offer my lovely room for the period (01.03.2023 - 21.04.2023) with some flexibility.
It comes with everything you need: furniture as in the photos, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, bathroom and bedroom. If you wish, I could also leave my bike for your use. The apartment is partially underground, but since the house locates on a slope the room is at ground level, well lighted and has access to the shared garden.
Unbeatable location, convenient to get to everywhere yet not directly by the main road. by foot 2min to bus stop Pauline-Krone-Heim where buses run to old town / train station every 5min during the day. 10min walk to library and other university buildings. 6min walk to REWE.
You would live with Katerina, a super nice and friendly girl studying computer sciences in her Bachelors. She enjoys spontaneous chat in the kitchen or watching series (alone or together), and would be the person choosing her temporary roommate. She might also leave for vacation for 2 weeks at some point.
A sublet contract (Untermietvertrag) would be signed and the landlord would be informed, payment (rent + deposit) at key transfer.
