Huhu ihr lieben WG-Suchenden!
Für alle die eine vorübergehende Base in Tübingen brauchen, für WG-Jagd oder sonstige Events, biete ich mein wundertolles Zimmer vom 14.2 bis 4.4 an! Es liegt in der Bismarckstraße also direkt am Neckar und mit dem Fahrrad sind es keine 10 min in die Altstadt. Ich habe 5 super nette und hilfsbereite Mitbewohner, die jedem Tübingerneuling mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Ich würde euch nicht den vollen Mietpreis anrechnen sondern 270€/mon vorschlagen. Allerdings müsst ihr schnell sein. Ich bin ab Fr weg und möchte euch vorher natürlich kurz kennen lernen, denn mein Mobiliar ist mir schon heilig
