Hi I am Patrick, and I move out of this bautiful flatshare near the Morgenstelle emd of February. My contract ends on 1. April, so search for someone to rent the room from me and than potentially stays afterwards with an own contract.
We search a social flat mate, that likes to have guest im the flat or have barbecues on our roof terrasse im summer:)
The Room on the 2nd floor is nice and large (at least 18m2). Two sides of it are not totally vertical and cant be used to place wardrobes there (see pictures).
It has its own bathroom. If furniture is needed, you can get everything you need from the non-profit-org that rents the place (Isaac Stiftung).
BUT: the flat roof is sometimes leaking after strong summer rains!!!! Be aware, that there are some drops from the ceiling over the season. Thankfully always on the same spot.
The Apartment has a commom area and a large well equipped kitchen. There are 3 bathrooms for 4 students. We have alot of plants:) There is currently one biology student, one IT and one politics student in the flat. If your intrested, come by and meet us!:)
The flat is over a fitness gym and 2min from the forest. The “marktladen” in the building unfortunately closed a few weeks ago, but there is a farmers shop next door and edeka is 5min away by foot.
We have a large balkony and the flat roof is our roofterrasse. It is perfekt for barbecue evenings or growing tomatoes.
