Hallo,
ich bin fertig mit meinem Studium und ziehe aus Tübingen, aus meinem schönen WG Zimmer aus. Da ich schon zum 1.2 eine andre Wohnung gefunden habe, möchte ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete vermieten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit dass das Zimmer auch langfristig übernommen werden kann.
Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß, beinhaltet ein neues Bett mit neuer unbenutzter Matratze, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein großen Schrank und ein Regal. Im Zimmer ist auch ein Waschbecken mit Spiegel.
Das Gebäude ist ein Neubau und auch die Möbel sind neu.
Es ist in einer 6er WG im Wohnheim, mit Dusche, WC, neuer Einbaukûche und Hausmeisterservice.
Ich zeige euch gerne das Zimmer, es wird im Moment von mir noch bewohnt. Bei Interesse bitte einfach bei mir melden :)
