I live in a student residential community and are looking for a tenant from August to October. My room is 13㎡ in the 3rd floor. It is fully furnished with a bed, a desk, a wall shelf, a chair, a mirror cabinet, a wardrobe and so on. There are 3 shower rooms with toilets, a kitchen and a balcony.And there is a TV and Wi-Fi in the room. Location:The room in the student village is conveniently located inWHO. You can take line 1, 2,3,4,5 in about 10 minutes to downtown and to the university and in a two minute walk to two supermarkets in the shopping center in WHO.
Hallo,Ich wohne in einer Studentenwohngemeinschaft und suche nach einen Untermieter vom August bis zum Oktober. Mein Zimmer ist 13m groß im 3. Geschloss mit einen schönen Ausblick von Tübingen. Es ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Wandregal, einem
Stuhl, einem Spiegelschrank, einem Einbauschrank und so weiter. Außerdem gibt es 3 Duschzimmer mit Toiletten, eine Küche und einem Balkon.Und es gibt noch einen Fernseher und WIFI-Internet in dem Zimmer.
Außerdem befindet die WG im Studentendorf WHO und ist verkehrsgünstig. Man kann mit Linie1,2,3,4,5 in ca. 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und auch an die Uni fahren und in zwei Minuten zu Fuß auf zwei Supermärkte im Kaufzentrum in WHO gehen.
In meiner WG wohnen Studenten aus Deutschland und aller Welt. Sie sind alle nett und ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist sauber und hell und liegt in einem ruhigen und grünen Wohnvieltel mit einem Kindergarten.
