Hello everybody,
we are two PhD students looking for a new roommate for the 1.October.2014 (preferably higher semester). Our nice apartment has 100 m2, 2 balconies, 1 bathroom, 1 additional toilet, 1 living room, 1 basement room, 1 kitchen and 1 car parkinglot. The rent cost is 340 Euros (Kaltmiete).

The bus stop “Pappelweg” is 2 minutes-walk from our door (all bus lines 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 drive by)
The two WHO supermarkets (TREFF and Nah und gut)are 5 minutes walk and the Penny supermarket (Wanne-Kunsthalle) is 5 minutes away by bus. The bus 5 drives every 10 minutes there.
The life in our Wg is very friendly. We are normally busy at the lab all day long, but we eventually get together to drink bier, wine and cook something.
Our neighborhood is quite and full of trees. The apartment is very beautiful with a nice kitchen, living room and balconies.
You can get in contact at anytime between 8:00am and 22:00pm
