Möbliertes 12qm Zimmer, mit Schrank, Regal, Bett und Schreibtisch. Die wohnung hat eine Küche mit einem AUfenthaltsraum, zwei Bäder und einen Balkon. 6 OG mit Aufzug.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Fichtenweg, im Studentenwohnheim Waldhäuser Ost, dort gibt es eigentlich alles was man braucht(Supermarkt, Bank, Kneipe, Friseur, Imbissbude, Tankstelle, Apotheke), die Uni ist mit dem Bus in maximal 10 Minuten zu erreichen, die Uni KLinik auch, Busse kommen alle paar Minuten, morgens und abends alle 3, 4 Minuten.
es gibt 5 mitbewohner, von denen allerdings nur 2 in tübingen sind, die anderen sind entweder schon ausgezogen oder im urlaub.. allerdings verstehen sich alle gut und sitzen auch mal zusammen, das zusammenleben war immer ziemlich entspannt und lustig.
Warmmiete 200 Euro für 4 Wochen, kann aber auch nur für 2 oder 3 Wochen gemietet werden, dann 50 Euro pro Woche.
