Our apartment is on the first floor of a multi-story building with 4 rooms of different sizes, a bath with a shower, a seperate toilet and a spacious kitchen with a big fridge, freezer, oven, and a dishwasher. The advertized room is 18m² in size and is the biggest room of the apartment. Each room has its own contract. The room is fully furmished with a bed, wardrobe with mirror, working desk and two big windows facing the street.
The flat is located in front of the Erlenweg Bus stop, (1 minute walk) and is well connected to the city center, University and Klinik with bus number 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. The best part is the availablitiy of the night buses when you are back from late night parties or hangout with friends. The Swimming pool and Shopping market are 400 meters away from the house.
We are looking for an easy going flatmate, who is willing to stay with us for at least one year. All three of us are young casual PhD students from France (Julien 24, M) and India (Prateek 25, M & Kushal 28, M). We have been living together since past one year. We offer a very multi-cultural and fun loving experience. All of us are fond of cooking (a blend of French Cuisines with Indian Spices!) and outdoor sports. Most of the evenings we sit together and enjoy late night chats. We don't have strict rules and we prefer a very relaxed environment. If you are looking for a not so strict and friendly WG, this is certainly the place for you :)
