Ich vermiete mein Wohnheimzimmer im 5. Stock für vier Monate. Das Zimmer ist das ruhigste und somit das beste Zimmer auf dem Stockwerk, da es sich ganz am Ende vom Flur befindet. Ruhiger geht es wirklich nicht. Somit bekommt ihr fast gar nichts mit wenn jmd. das Stockwerk betritt. Die Miete inkl. Nebenkosten und Internet beträgt 238€ warm. Die Flur WG besteht aus 8 Zimmer. Es gibt vier Bäder jeweils mit Dusche und Klo. Außerdem eine große Gemeinschaftsküche wo jeder sein eigenen Fächer hat wie z.B. im Kühlschrank etc.
Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es im UG.
Falls ihr Interesse habt dann schreibt mir einfach eine Mail.
Die Buslinien 2,3,4,5,6, fahren in die Innenstadt und zur Morgenstelle.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in ca. 1 min zu erreichen.
